I found Stephen to be very compassionate and understanding. I really felt comfortable talking to him and felt I could be totally honest without shame. I felt very supported and listened to.
Alex is absolutely amazing and so is Dr Abraham, they were both very kind, considerate and knowledgeable and very helpful.

I'm confused as to what my son is supposed to have after my recent appt.
He has a very clear indication of ADHD.
He ticks almost every box, now they are saying it's more mental health ( although I'm still not sure exactly what he meant.
I'm also unsure if there is meant to be a follow up or even what happens next?.
My husband requested that he is given a call back to explain things more clearly than the supposed conversation that seemed to only discuss one aspect rather than talking about everything.

Crisis team are not helpful in a Crisis. There are so many layers to get through before you can speak to someone. So many questions most of which are not relevant to the current situation. Staff don't look at notes but prefer you to keep repeating yourself over and over again to different people to get passed along the system. . To answer all there questions. Once you get past all this. they just refer you to sanctuary. Or do a referral to iaps. There is no emotional support in Crisis and they say if your calling your not suicidal because suicidal people Don't ask for help. Its distressing trying to access services and support in Crisis. then to be causes so much stress on top of it just asking for help. It makes a bad situation worse.
